• Void bets: y111 may void a bet where it was placed based on an obviously incorrect price, where a material error occurred in the market, or where the event is cancelled without a result. All voids result in the return of the stake to the player's balance.
• Settlement: Bets are settled on official results from the governing body or tournament organiser. In cricket, this includes DLS results for rain-affected matches. In esports, the official result declared by the tournament operator is final.
• Disputes: Any dispute about bet settlement must be raised within 14 days of the event. Disputes raised after this period will not be accepted.

Where an account is closed for non-violation reasons — such as a self-exclusion request — the remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player via the method used for the most recent deposit, subject to identity verification.
